HERE ARE A FEW RECIPES FOR YOU TO TRY AT HOME WITH YOUR FAMILY
PUMPKIN DIP
This is a recipe that I make nearly every year. It is the kind of recipe that you do not have to print out for elaborate measurements. Just dump and stir the ingredients until the desired consistency. I have served this to toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners, teenagers, tweens, and adults. This is also a great recipe for kids to make themselves. Add your own combination of fall seasonings for a memorable dip.
Ingredients:
½ cup nut butter or seed butter
½ cup plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 Tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (Optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (Optional)

Instructions:
Mix with a spoon until creamy. If you would like a whipped texture then use a food processor. Serve with any combination of sturdy fruits and veggies. We like jicama sticks, carrots, pea pods and apples.
So Easy Sliced Baked Apples
Ingredients:
3-4 medium apples (about 3 cups sliced)
1 Tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place the butter or oil into a pie plate or baking dish. Warm in the oven for a few minutes to melt. Remove from the oven and enjoy!!!!
